Indonesian toothpaste III

Smile-Up Cool X'Plosion! It has little sparkles in it, and goes rather nicely with our seafoam-green bathroom tile, I think ...

this is already episode III, where's episode I & II?

btw, do you also have problems with can openers?

No, I saw the reference to can openers on your blog, what's the story? I got an expensive (well, $6) hand-crank one at Sogo and it works fine. You're not using one of those army style ones with the little punch-blade, are you? We had one of those, but it looked like it would do a better job of taking your thumb off than opening a can.

I haven't figured out how to link to specific blog entries, but the previous toothpaste ones were Feb. 13 and Apr. 20. And they are the War and Peace of toothpaste blogging, so you should definitely check them out.

As to the firestorm on your blog (http://treespotter.blogspot.
com/) about Jakarta expat bloggers being miserable, treespotter, I haven't read that many expat blogs, but I'd say this: bloggers are miserable. A lot of people start blogs so they can whine obsessively about their lives or inflict their opinions on everyone. They'd sound just as miserable in Jakarta or anywhere else. Don't you think?

it looks like you've got a couple of super heroes on your toothpaste tube. and their super power is to smile all the evil out of the world by blinding the evil-doers with their super white teeth. or maybe by squirting "smile-up" at them at a dangerous velocity.
