Somebody's going home from the mall with a giant-shoe chair.
I can only hope they will pair it with the bear chair I saw a while back at an uber-fancy Jakarta furniture store. I think the problems of scale (ie the shoe being larger than the bear) would only add to the cozy sense of surrealism.

Seriously, she had a shoe chair? How is it possible that I don't remember this?
M, there's an escalator at another mall here that's like a giant high-heeled shoe. I'd love to see the doll that could wear it. She'd have to be, oh, 10 stories tall.
On the Java Sitar post, the guy passing was actually selling kembang tahu not dumpling. You should try it.
